Process Architect - Banking - Bristol - Up to £405 per day
A leading UK retail bank requires a Process Architect to join their team in Bristol on a 6 month contract.
Your main responsibilities will include designing and implementing robust, scalable, useable end-to-end processes and scenario work (with IT) (end to end' processes from as is' to target')
To be considered you must have the following key skills and experience:
- A strong financial services or banking background (ideally retail) or financial services within a complex business environment
- Demonstrable process analysis and business analysis skills
- Experienced at "as is" and "to be" processes and full "end to end" process
- Experienced at working with SME and key stakeholders/strong stakeholder management
- Understanding of business change methodology
- Experienced and skilful workshop facilitator
- Ability to work on multiple areas of business change at the same time.
- Have a collaborative style of working, with well developed influencing skills
- Have a good business understanding and commercial outlook
- Process re-engineering
Ideally you will have experience or awareness of business and general banking practices. Strong commercial banking background and Lean Sigma (Process only resource) skills are also highly advantageous.
