Senior Business Analyst - Private Banking - Workshop - Detailed Requirements gathering
A leading Retail Bank based in Manchester is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work on a complex project, which offers the opportunity to work with senior level professionals in a highly respected organisation. This is a business change role not a technical/IT position.
The purpose of the project is a Process Simplification. As Senior Business Analyst you will be responsible for deriving and investigating business requirements (and problems) and for identifying and recommending appropriate solutions. You will lead all change workshops to capture detailed Business Requirements, and work with Business, IT and 3rd parties.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills within financial services (ideally retail banking):
Previous experience as a fully competent Senior Business Analyst or Developer.
Proven systematic and analytical approach to problem solving, with the ability to design and implement effective business solutions.
Sound and proven knowledge of business analysis techniques and information modelling tools.
Capable of identifying Embedded problems and resolving the majority without the need for escalation.
Able to maintain a broad view of potential downstream impacts, and will manage any arising issues, whilst also working at a detailed level.
Workshop facilitation organisation
Standard skills set to include use case production.
As well as proven experience on a large scale programme within a banking environment.
