Description:
The Customer Supply Chain CI Team currently has a contractor vacancy open for a Customer Supply Chain Analyst at the Matheson location in Mississauga, Ontario. Under the direction of the CSC Continuous Improvement Lead, this analyst will provide critical data and reporting support for the CSC Green Belt CI ongoing projects. The Analyst is responsible for extracting data, designing, developing, and maintaining reports, and providing conclusions and recommendations to support CSC initiatives designed to improve service, decrease costs (productivity), and improve overall end-to-end processes and efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Extract Data from SAP ECC and SAP BI, and manipulate into meaningful reports to support improved service, ops efficiency, and Order-to-Bill Bill-to-Cash effectiveness
- Analyze data results to identify top areas for improvement
- 2. Customer Service Team (CSC) Involvement:
- Interact with CSC Teams providing data support, solutions around Continuous Improvement Projects.
- Learn core CSC programs policies, structure and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Critical team member contributor to Lean Six Sigma CSC Governance process.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain & Logistics, Liberal Arts
- 5 + years experience in Customer Service, Finance, or Operations
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) certification or practical application preferred
- Time management, organization skills and strong negotiating skills
- Manages multiple priorities effectively, experience with project management a plus
- Look for creative problem solving to business issues
- Strong technical skills and analytical abilities
