Environmental Health and safety (EHS) administrator required with a leading Oil and gas client in Peterhead.

Reporting to the EHS Specialist The work includes but is not limited to: -
Provide support and assistance in the running of the site EHS Department, completing administrative duties as determined by the EHS Specialist.

General Duties:
-Update and maintain Gensuite applications including, but not limited to, Audit Tracking System, Concern Reports, Waste Tracker Eco Inventory, MSDS Admin, etc.
-Update and maintain the site New Starter Register and Induction records including sending invitations and preparation of attendance lists and training materials.
-Update and Maintain the site Training Tracker records.
-Assist with updating and maintaining the site Approved Chemical List including the COSHH and MSDS records.
-Assist with updating and maintaining the site Generic Risk Register including updating Safety Station information.
-Preparation of reports and presentations for Safety Team and Management meetings including assisting in the preparation of statistical analysis and action plans.
-Attend EHS safety team meetings and assist in the preparation of the agenda, take minutes and log actions as required.
-Other duties which may be identified by the EHS Specialist.

Essential Experience
-Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel and Powerpoint
-Good organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative
-Good communication skills

Desirable experience
-Experience of EHS Management systems ie 14001 and 18001
-Experience of Gensuite Applications, maintenance and development
-Experience working in EHS within the Oil and Gas industry.
