QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER (Telecoms Background)

Duration: 2 year contract

Telecoms Quality Assurance Manager
* The QM will be responsible for the monitoring and assurance of the Customer Service Levels (CSL) on timely delivery of the different project stage gates, quality and close-out.
* Summary of essential job functions, Assurance of the quality and timeline of all active projects on a global scale.
* Guarding and monitoring the agreed CSL's Participation in QA related meeting with AT&T Management, Shell QA Managers, Supplier Management teams, and all other relevant parties.
* Registration and dispatch of project quality related tasks in the project registration system and all associated activities with this task.
* Monitor the PCP (Project Control Plan) follow-up and achievements.
* The final quality check and submission to Shell and possible follow up on disputes is the responsibility of the QM.
* Monitor and follow-up on the close-out processes and related Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire (CSQ) Participation in the set-up of daily and weekly QA reporting and MI.

Minimum requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in related role. Prior experience in a Telecom Project environment would be an advantage.
* Knowledge on Quality Management in a project related environment.
* Knowledge of project management processes Knowledge of the project life cycle processes including different phases (stage gates) and deliverables.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent in reporting skills are required.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Basic knowledge on telecom technology and project processes.
* Team player.

The following skills are a nice to have:
Knowledge of the Shell environment.
Experience in PMO tasks or similar organizations will be a pre.

Abilities required
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent in reporting skills are required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
