Working as part of a team in Saudi Arabia you will be assisting our client in gaining ISO20000 accrediation. You will be coaching, mentoring and offering consultancy expertise to onsite teams to ensure best practices are adopted using both the ITIL framework and ISO20000 requirements as guides.

The role will involve mentoring the existing team assuring the adoption of best practices, conducting ITIL and ISO assessments, developing and delivering service improvement programmes, providing advice on how to implement ISO20000 processes and adopt them within the business and writing and implementing processes for the client.

It is expected that you will have ISO20000 knowledge as well as implementation experience ideally, service management experience, certification in ITIL together with the experience of carrying out ITIL assessments and audits including delivery of written recommendations for improvements in addition to excellent communication skills with a proven track record of working closely with people at all levels, articulating technical information and process methodologies into business benefits.
