Campaign Manager-Online-Bank

An experienced Campaign Manager required for a leading Bank based in the Midlands for a minimum of 6 months. The Campaign Manager will specialise in the online/digital and social media to form leading edge customer focused online content strategy and campaigns.

Overall job purpose of the Campaign Manager
  • To translate Business needs into a leading-edge customer focused online content strategy
  • To develop, implement and manage delivery of the content strategy to a high quality and cost effectively ensuring integration into through the line marketing campaigns
  • To build a comprehensive understanding of the market, including customer needs, buying behaviours and competitor strategies, and identification of opportunities to leverage this information

Key Responsibilities of the Campaign Manager will include:-

  • Content Strategy Development
  • Campaign Development and Management

Technical Skills/Competencies required for the Campaign Manager
  • Strong evidence of developing and delivering online content and strategic approaches
  • Detailed knowledge and experience of content development and online communications
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proven stakeholder management expertise
  • Evidence of managing internal and external partnership agencies
  • Team player
