WEB Designer/ProgrammerOur client is looking for a WEB Designer/Programmer for the applications team. This position holds several simultaneous responsibilities including providing technical support to our clients media affairs office, operations as well as development and support of public, partner and departmental web applications.
Required Skills:
* Experienced developing web-based applications using Visual Studio .net.
* Able to develop & support web programming languages, specifically C# and JavaScript.
* Understands web based technologies such as ASP.NET and WPF.
* Proficient with web markup such as HTML, CSS and XAML.
* Image editing using products such as Adobe Photoshop.
* IIS Web site administration duties to include site and server setup, installation required, patchec, etc.
* Web site monitoring functions are necessary to detect and eliminate any attacks on the website.
* Ability to build Web Services to support interfaces to partner agencies.
* Ability to build and support web applications that interface to RDMS systems using ADO.NET
* Ability to work in a team environment using Visual SourceSafe.
