Project Manager - Advertising Operations - Dublin
Our client is hiring a Project Manager accountable for the delivery of projects and programs in the area of commerce enablement, relating to operating models and technical requirements for their online advertising businesses including:
Developing (new or evolving) operations strategies and models,
Putting in place new or incremental capabilities and process improvements
On-boarding of transactional processes and associated measures and metrics
Platform change management - working with relevant development teams
This PM plays a key role in planning operational projects and driving the projects to successful completion within given timelines. He/she will be accountable for driving the successful implementation of all initiatives, programs and changes.
Experience Required:
- Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent, large projects involving multiple stakeholders executing in a matrixed environment (remote, virtual teams)
- Experience as a project management professional (defining - planning and executing large, high impact projects)
- Ability to adjust priorities, decisions, and actions to respond to multiple demands, unanticipated events, and new information
- Analysis, problem resolution, judgment and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail combined with an ability to see the big picture.
- Passion and the ability to achieve exceptional results, tackle ambiguity, and match a fast-pace of delivery with minimal supervision.
- Experience in product development, service design or process improvement, in an advertising, publishing or technology company.
- Systems implementation experience desirable.
