My client is a large North Wales collaboration focusing on the delivery of frontline and transaction HR across 4 seperate Public Sector organisations.

In line with the initial strategy and with funding now confirmed, the collaboration is seeking to appoint and inteirm HR Systems Project Manager to provide end to end Project Management for the implementation of a single HR System. The successful candidate will be an experienced HR System Project Manager with a proven track record of delivery in this field. You will be a strong communicator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels and tailor your delivery to your audience. Ideally, you will have experience within the Education sector but this is not essential. Experience of Oracle and NORTHGATE ARINSO will give candidates a significant advantage as these are the 2 providers the collaboration are considering. As part of the tender process, the successful candidate will support the Collaboration Workforce Director in negotiating and communicating with the successful bidder.

This is a unique opportunity and the collaboration is the first of it's kind in the region. A fluent welsh speaking candidate will also be very advantageous for this multi stakeholder post.
