My client requires the services an SAP HR Functional Consultant for a 3 month (possible extensions) contract in Melbourne.

Your daily responsibilities will be supporting SAP HR modules, with a large emphasis on Enterprise Compensation Management

The successful applicant will have at least 5-8 years of SAP HR/Payroll experience, ideally with at least one full end to end SAP implementation under your belt.

Configuration of Enterprise Compensation Management is essential and you will also have exceptional Business Analyst skills

Additionally to that if you have experience around process re-engineering it would be highly beneficial.

As with all client facing roles, it's expected that you will have exceptional communication skills both written and oral.

My client is consistently winning new business and as a result of this, the chances of being placed into another project is high.
