Client with an excellent corporate culture is seeking a Application & Billing Support Analyst for a 6 month contract to hire opportunity! The successful candidate will provide functional application support, analysis, design and develop solutions for Customer Information
Systems. An absolute commitment to a can-do customer service attitude is required and must be motivated to provide application support for additional business systems as needed. Interested candidates must have 1 3 years Application Support exp. as well as 3 5 years Business Analyst or Software Support.
Experience Preferred
- Experience with Utility Customer Information & Billing Systems.
- Understanding of Utility Billing Process and workflow concepts.
- Understanding of Project Management Methodologies.
- Gathering and analysing business requirements.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
- Experience in a testing environment.
- Exp with documentation for new software releases
Backup and Disaster Recovery. - Ability to write SQL or Oracle Queries.
- Ability to lead transition from Application Development to Operational Support.
- Understanding of application support methodologies and industry best practices.
- Customer focused with excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and automate workflows.
- Assist in design, implementation, delivery and improvements for the Customer Information & Billing Systems.
- Ability to work effectively as a project team member or lead.
