Hi Dear Consultant we are seeking Mentor with UMTS Knowledge
1) Mentor:
An engineer specifically with UMTS knowledge typically 3+ years with a track record working within the operator environment and investigating network issues and recommending changes to parameters and network configuration eg tilts and azimuths. The engineer will be tool savvy and have experience working with a variety of drive test/radio planning tools, excel, etc. and be able to self-learn a new product. Individual will be expected to work closely with customer engineers, mentoring them and assisting them to get results - the engineer should have strong customer facing and interpersonal skills to facilitate this.
