We have a fantastic opportunity to join Australia's leading financial organisation.The role is for a Senior PMO Analyst so it would suit an experienced Project Officer or Programme Officer.Primarily, this role requires analysis projects and extracting weekly project data to produce project financial performance reports that track resource time sheets, actuals vs. project budget and calculation remaining spend, ie Estimate at Completion (EAC).Must have previous Project office experience, especially having a detailed understanding of demand management processes.Advanced Microsoft excel skills is a must as you will be reporting from data extracts and generating pivot table views.
Good understanding and hands on experience in plotting project and resource forecasts.
Attention to detail, accuracy and a questioning attitude.
Desire to generate ideas for innovation and improvement.
Ability to deliver a high level of work quality whilst maintaining high level of productivity.
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as unsupervised.
