C Software Engineers, contract, 3-6 months, West of Ireland
Our major IT client is looking for two C Software Engineers to join their team for 3 - 6 months + or with possibility to go permanent. The client is based in the West of Ireland.
You will be involved in creation and review of Functional Specifications, design and implementation of complex modules with minimal supervision. You will be installation and delivering developed applications to a customer site.
Skills required:
* Experience in the full software development life cycle
* Real Time/Embedded software development
* Telecommunications and signalling systems including SS7, IN/CAMEL, PARLAY, MAP
* Distributed, mixed platform solutions
* C, C++, UNIX, Perl, Java
* The ability and willingness to take a component design and progress it through to development, testing, documentation and delivery.
* Create and review Test plans.
