Description
You will have worked in process, procedural content design or training roles. Knowledge of Instructional Design principles. Extensive experience in the development of user-friendly training material, including product, programs and process-related training materials. Training delivery experience in Systems/Tools and Programs/Process related training. Project management and working as part of a project team. Past experience in a customer care environment ideal and experience in eLearning development ideal. Trainer qualification is desirable.
Other useful skills
Project Management and PM methodologies; strong communication skills; working knowledge of MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel. MS Project would be useful. Internet troubleshooting and PC set-up skills advantageous. Good communication skills and knowledge of additional languages useful.
