ICT Senior System Engineer Unix - French and Dutch speaking
Responsibilities:
Operational acceptance responsibility:
- Installation
- configuration
- monitoring
- setup acceptance environment for business users to be able to perform E2E acceptance tests
- setup performance test environments for ICT testers to perform performance-, load-, stress-, stability tests
- backup/restore tests
- disaster recovery tests
- security
- sanity check to advise the operational readiness of the launch of the application in the production environment according the standards of the client 2nd level support responsibility, according ITIL procedures, in line with agreed service levels
- 2nd line incident management
- Problem management
- Release management
- Change management
- Configuration management
Documentation responsibility:
Cross team co-ordination responsibility to prepare implementation & test back-out plan,
within an agreed maintenance window & planning.
