Rewards Consultant/Analyst - Benefits
An exciting contract opportunity for as a Campaign Planning Manager for a leading communications company based in Berkshire. You will be supporting the design, development, continuous improvement and implementation of UK reward and benefit policies, processes and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- To support the development of the company reward strategy and pay philosophies
- To develop company Reward & Benefit frameworks as required
- To work on and manage company-wide Reward & Benefit projects as required
- To obtain, review and analyse market remuneration data and trends in reward practice.
- Provide support or guidance, as appropriate, to the HR team in completing remuneration surveys
Key Skills:
- Background of managing flexible benefits schemes
- History of incentive design and analysis
- Proven record of managing bonus and salary review processes
- You will have proven advanced Excel spreadsheet skills including ability to work with formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups, graphs and manipulate data
