Our client, a FTSE 100 company based in Reading, are currently recruiting for a Facilities Management Consultant to assist in the design and delivery of FM consultancy solutions which improve the business performance and deliver project objectives across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

The purpose of the role is to provide professional technical advice in delivering a range of Facilities Management solutions in support of the core business, to meet the needs of specific in country requirements and improve FM performance globally. This is to be achieved through the provision and implementation of objective advice, delivered to time and quality whilst minimising the clients exposure to risk.

Typical projects include, but are not limited to FM Strategic reviews, developing FM solutions, FM Procurement, FM Benchmarking, Mobilisation/Transition, Whole life and Lifecycle Costing.

It is essential the successful candidates has experience/knowledge in the following:
*Business related Degree and/or ideally a post graduate qualification (MBA, HND or equivalent) or equivalent in Facilities Management or a related topic area
*Business transformation within the private or O&G sector, a consultant needs to evidence track record of achieving lasting and successful outcomes for clients across EMEA
*Knowledge of the global Facilities Market and the various operational models
*Self-starter, strongly motivated and able to initiate projects/delivery activities
*Ability to effectively manage projects across the variety of topic areas and locations
*Internal client handling skills and ability to manage expectation of senior internal clients
*Will involve and liaise with senior leader team and operational/front line staff
*Ability to identify and influence decision makers is essential
*Building relationships both internally and externally

Desirable:
*Considerable FM consultancy experience
*Finance, good understanding of accounts/cost of services and FM P&L's
*Technology - CRM solution & enterprise systems
*Business Improvement Techniques - 6 Sigma knowledge
*Work study qualifications/experience or operational research
*Understanding of organisation design and change management
