CSoC Manager - Banking - Bristol - Up to £395 per day
A leading UK retail bank requires a CSoC Manager to join their team based in Bristol on a 12 month contract.
Part of the CSoC team and working alongside Project Managers your main goal is to ensure that the customer experience is at the centre of change.
The core accountability is to identify, assess and manage the impact of change on our customers, ensuring the best possible customer experience is realised during the implementation of change from a major programme
To be considered it is essential that you possess the following key skills and experience:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous involvement in delivery of written communication
Ideally you will have change management experience and have previously worked within financial services. A background in customer communication, customer service, and customer research will also be advantageous.
