We're currently recruiting an Interim HR Business Partner for a large charity based in Birmingham for a period of 6 months. As the Interim HR Business Partner you'll report into the Head of HR Operations and provide a regional HR service to sites throughout the Midlands, South West and South East.

Description of Role

  • The HR Business Partner is responsible for the delivery of an efficient and effective generalist Human Resource service to an identified section of the organisation.
  • You will line manage a small number of HR advisors who, together with the business partner, will provide the professional and customer focussed HR advice and support to the managers and staff of the organisation.
  • Lead on employee engagement across their area of responsibility, working closely and in collaboration with operational managers.
  • Championing HR best practice through actively supporting the integration and implementation of: HR policies, procedures and strategic HR initiatives locally.
  • Ensuring that the administration and recruitment procedures in place fully support the needs of managers and staff in their area.

The ideal candidate will be immediately available, CIPD qualified and happy to travel throughout the South of England as part of the role.
