Our client based in Reigate are currently seeking an Internal Recruiter to join the team on a 6 month fixed term contract.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working as an internal recruiter and have the following responsibilities: -
Meeting with hiring managers and gaining an understanding of current requirements.
Delegating roles to the PSL.
Logging roles onto central database and updating the database with progress.
Setting up qualification calls between agencies and hiring managers
Setting up interviews
Sitting in on some of the interviews
Sending out offers.
Salary - £26,000 - £28,000 pro ratad over 6 months
Location - Reigate
