Unified Communications - Network Consulting Engineer

Examples of products and protocols that you will work on and need to be highly proficient in are:
Cisco UC Range of products, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager), Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco PGW 2200, CUBE-SP, Cisco Voice Gateways, Cisco Unified Attendant Consoles, Unified Communications Clients
Various VoIP protocols, including SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP, RTP, ISUP, QSIG, PRI, DPNSS
Technologies will include: VOIP, Unified Messaging, Management and Operations of such technologies.

Examples of activities are:
o Experience working in a SP in an Operate or Design function desirable
o Proven troubleshooting skills
o Network Operations experience
o Support Implementation and upgrade activities
o Support other Service Providers with developed best practices
o Escalation point for the re-active teams

Must have experience in the following: CCVP or equivalent certification, PGW practical experience (config/debug), Unified communication suite experience (CUCM), SBC (CUBE SP) practical experience (config/debug), SIP practical knowledge, SCCP, H323/Gatekeeper, PSTN Voice Gateways
