Description
Senior Business Analyst - Reference Data, Functional Specs, Target Operating Model (TOM). This tier 1 Financial Institution requires someone to focus on understanding Reference data or come from an operational model project role. You must be able to demonstrate recent experience of Senior stakeholder level engagement, specifically things like New Product Approval and how this impacts the new Operating Model. You will take responsibility for preparing project documentation including business requirements, functional requirements, user cases and process flows.Must Have:
- Define an Operating Model for the Product stream
- Define a road map and ensure the adoption of the Operating Model across the key milestones of the project
- Background in the Investment Banking Industry, with experience in Reference data or operational model project roles
- Recent & relevant Investment Banking experience
- Contributed to the full life cycle of a change project (not just a couple of months to fill a skills gap)
- High Level BA experience of facilitating and running workshops with Senior Stakeholders
- Running small projects where necessary
