For our customer we are looking for a SAP LSO consultant.Job description:
SAP LSO implementation hands-on knowledge (if possible both configuration and ABAP)
Learning management business process knowledge (business understanding)
Knowledge about integration to Portal/Netweaver, SAP ECC 6.0 (FI and MM), Bolt on (SuccessFactors)
Insight in coming SAP LSO development
First part: 80 hrs in February:
Learning Infrastructure need a person who is able, from defined business process maps, set up a prototype in eHR Sandbox to verify and validate work done and estimate the time needed to create a complete LMS solution for both configuration and customisation in the system development phase.
Second part: 160 x 6 months (May to December)
Implementation of LSO module for about 5-6 months.
First part is about planning and estimation of the development project. This is to get a feeling for SAP LSO and determine configuration and customization needed. Second part is to implement the planning done in first part. First part and second part are tightly linked and for that reason it is preferable to have the same resource doing both parts.
The time between March and May is the phase were the customer deliver a project strategy and get funding approvals and make sure that the project have resources in place to the deliver the whole project.
