Technical Recruiter
This individual performs as a technical and industry resource in the operational support of Radiological Information Systems (RIS) within the Medical Imaging Sub-Portfolio department within the Care Delivery Bio. They well help ensure that solution designs meet agreed upon requirements and milestones. The RIS application is a mission critical care delivery system. This system has historically been supported in SCAL, CO and MAS, by the EAD staff.
1.) Need to have Healthcare Medical Imaging and or Informatics or RIS experience. Required 3-5 or more year's experience.
2.) Need MS Windows Administration experience?
Required 3-6 or more year's experience.
3.) Need to have SQL and or relational database experience.
Required 4-8 or more years.
4.) Minimum of 2 years experience using SQL, PL/SQL, and VB programming languages
5.) Need to have demonstrated problem solving skills. Required 4 - 10 years.
6.) Minimum of 2 years experience using interface standards of HL7 and DICOM
7.) Need to have experience using MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Required 4 - 10 years.
8.) Need to have experience using MS Project and Visio? Required 2 - 5 years.
9.) Need to have Good communication skills (written, verbal) Required 5 - 10 years or more.
10.) Need to have Crystal Reports (v 8.5 or higher) or other Report Writer application experience? Preferred 3-6 or more year's experience.
11.) Need networking TCP/IP, etc. experience? Required 3-5 or more year's experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (listed in order of importance):
(The preferred qualifications will be used to further narrow the pool of candidates that meet all of your basic qualifications)
1.) Do they have prior project deployment experience? Preferred 3-5 years.
2.) Need networking experience? Required 3-5 or more year's experience.
3.) Experience with EPIC or KPHC application is preferred.
4.) Data analytics experience.
5.) Experience analysing healthcare and/or financial data, Medical Imaging preferred.
6.) Experience with data quality procedures.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (listed in order of importance):
(The responsibilities of the job will form the basis for benchmark screening and behavioral interview questions)
1.) Be able to work on multiple tasks with little to no direct supervision.
2.) Participate in 24x7on-call pager/cell support rotation
3.) Diagnose and solve complex/technical problems.
4.) Monitor various application components to ensure availability.
5.) Communicate with key business partner and KPIT team members
6.) Use Remedy for issue acknowledgement/tracking and change Mgmt.
7.) Document creation and maintenance for all primary and backup responsibilities
8.) Analyzing the requests and writing queries/reports using PL/SQL and other extraction tools
9.) Have access and understand Remedy application.
10.) Qualify to take on-call pager duties/rotation.
11.) Understand the applications you support.
12.) Is expected to be a change agent for group by monitoring changes to environments and insure appropriate IT change management procedures are followed.
13.) Is expected to meet with manager and understand performance measures by which IT employees are measured in the Medical Imaging space.
