Objective

As a member of project teams consultant/s will implement and maintain the current ICT technology baseline architecture and infrastructure standards, assist the operational projects in the usage of these standards and monitor the integrity ensure the use of common technology standards for the application development projects.

The consultant/s will contribute to the ongoing ICT projects, assess project proposals to ensure the technical compliance and propose technical solutions.

The consultant/s will analyse the business requirements for the need of various web based system developed and managed by the client.

Manage the development and implementation of information systems to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality;

Give proposals for project strategies, planning, definition of tasks and deliverables, review of project deliverables, quality control, risk analysis and management, status reports, problem reporting and management systems, follow up and organisation;

Producing technical architectures that are modifiable, dependable and scalable;

Providing the technical connection between the project managers and developers;

Working with clients and advising them on key architectural decisions concerning the platform and the supporting technologies;

translating business requirements into conceptual, logical and physical data models;

Making sure that a data structures are following Client's standards and guidelines;

Evaluating projects from a technical stance, guaranteeing that the development methods used are correct and practical;

Delivering solutions to customers including database consolidation, implementation, and application integration with stress on architectural services.

Required expertise of the consultant

Educational and experience

Practical experience in designing and implementing enterprise IT architecture solutions;

Extensive experience of designing and standardizing web services;

Extensive experience with Microsoft products, including SharePoint, SQL Server, Active DirectoryKnowledge and skills

Project management.

Good technical knowledge on the projects aspects.

Good reporting methods.

Ability to express complex ideas in a simple manner;

Ability to apply high quality standards to all tasks

Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, good communication skills.

Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working, understanding the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions.

Very good command of English; oral and written
