PROJECT
The project will be transitioning from the original platform of ECC5 to a new owned and operated SAP ECC6 solution and associated components. A fully owned and managed SAP solution would give the department the tools to improve functionality and flexibility, implement and integrated strategic reporting solution, manage the data within the department's data management framework and provide improved corporate governance to allow the department's CEO to fulfil the accountabilities under the shared services framework.
POSITION SUMMARY
- The project requires the services of an experienced SAP Data Analyst to support the project team
- to ensure the departments departmental frame work is maintained for the DET BI and ERP Program.
- You will have responsibility for leading the following activities and delivery of the following key tasks:
- Develop a data dictionary in accordance with the department's data framework SAP/BI project.
- Incorporating the following modules SAP ERP 6: FICO, MM, PM, PS, AA, AP, AR, SRM, Portal, BI/BW, BPC
- Provide strong communication/documentation skills - to liaise with the technical teams and business users
- Communication with executive management and stakeholders
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated experience in the development of detailed data framework documentation with a high
- level of knowledge and experience across data and application of SAP.
- Demonstrated experience in major SAP ERP implementation projects for large complex government
- organisations.
- High level data analysis skills and business analysis skills with the ability to convert into solution design.
- High level consultative skills with the ability to engage and influence project stakeholders and project
- team members
- 5 Years Data Analyst Experience
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of two or more SAP modules
- Knowledge of SAP ERP6 would be highly regarded
