CRM Direct Marketing Manager - French and Dutch

The CRM Direct Marketing Manager is responsible for developing the Customer Relationship Management strategy of our new service and for implementing it very concretely in our test areas. This involves strategic and creative development of all direct communications together with our internal communications department. The Direct Marketing Manager is responsible for identifying and leveraging data of the consumer purchase behaviours to maximize and continually improve upon the return on investment of each consecutive initiative.

Technical context:
Manage the CRM strategy and spearhead the company's learning for the company upselling, loyalty, win-back program.
Develop a plan for all direct marketing communications for our new service of home delivery on demand, utilizing a multitude of mediums to communicate to consumers (and e-shops) including, but not limited to direct mail, email, and social media, SMS, outbound calls.
Build and implement test strategies and analyse the results of direct marketing.
Identify and create ways company processes to get the needed data.
Contribute to overall strategic planning for our service as it relates to direct marketing.
Develop vendor partners that support direct marketing initiatives to enhance company's ability to meet direct marketing goals.

Requirements
At least ten years' experience in the development of direct marketing strategy, creative and implementation processes.
At least five years' experience in the identification, analysis and selection process for outside resource relationships.
Experience in effectively communicating with information technology resources to achieve mutual goals.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly organized.
Flexibility, needs to adapt in a fast moving learning environment (agile).
Detail-oriented.
Working knowledge of e-mail analytic applications, Customer Relationship Management software, Business Intelligence tools.
Can do attitude & hands-on, Start Up & entrepreneurial spirit within a large organization.
Excellent communication skills.
Communicator: bilingual French and Dutch
Result driven.
E-commerce experience.
