Description
Senior Business Analyst - Data, Business Separation, Process Change, Finance to conduct detailed AS-IS & TO-BE with regards to financial business process change for the larger financial reporting/data performance programme of work. This tier 1 Financial Institution requires someone to focus on understanding the Data (Front/Middle Office) flowing through the organisation from Flash Trades through to Profit & Loss/Treasury. You will take responsibility for the high level analysis meeting with Senior stakeholders working across finance, Ops and to a much lesser extent (5%) finance systems.Must Have:
- Recent & relevant Financial Services experience
- Contributed to the full life cycle of a change project (not just a couple of months to fill a skills gap)
- High Level BA experience of facilitating and running workshops with Senior Stakeholders
- Running small projects where necessary
