SAP FiCo Team Lead - 3 Month Daily Rate Contract - Westmeath
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a regional or global expert providing second level support for business processes in one or more ERP modules. Specifically FI and CO
- People management for two direct reports.
- Primarily responsible for incident resolution and support of the existing ERP system
- In addition to support participation in key projects per the IT project plan eg new implementations of the ERP system in business units, automation projects, system upgrades.
- Managing and/or performing the design, testing and application of the ERP system in line with agreed timeframes, business requirements and global standards.
- Applying conceptual knowledge and technology to solve complex business processes and procedural problems.
- Carrying out detailed impact assessments for proposed change requests, proposing alternative cost-effective solutions where appropriate.
- Ensuring appropriate business involvement in project teams to build ownership for solutions.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years of IT Experience, ERP Certification in FiCO highly regarded familiar with Product Costing is also desirable.
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies - Prince 2 or PMO
- Strong business acumen;
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to influence management and collaborate with others;
- Strong problem solving skills for developing creative solutions and meeting project objectives are required;
- Skills that enable collaboration and communication;
- Excellent analytical ability;
- The ability to prioritise tasks and be able to manage several projects and customers simultaneously; and the ability to interface with all levels of management.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering desirable.
