Description
POSITION OVERVIEW:
3-4 month contract position for a DBA with strong skills in SQL Server 2008 and MySQL and/or NoSQL. This person will be responsible to accomplish tuning of certain procedures, assist in selection of a good tuning tool, and optimize the refresh of the report warehouse. The contractor will also provide their expertise in mapping out a strategy and direction for future growth. This DBA will mentor the current DBA. REQUIREMENTS:
*3+ years' experienced DBA
*Demonstrated strength in SQL Server 2008
*Knowledgeable in MySQL and/or NoSQL
*Excellent communication skills; skilled in mentoring/training
