Windows 7 Architect
Sand Resources is currently looking for a Window 7 Architect for a Financial Client who is migrating from Windows XP over to Windows 7. The Windows 7 Architect will oversee the delivery of the platform migration.
As the Windows 7 architect you will:
- Oversee and Quality Assure the infrastructure provider's delivery.
- Carry out technical workshops.
- Prototype competing technical options.
- Pilot involvement including management of defects, decision logs and wish lists.
- Deliver the Technical Design Validation report.
- Review and input into project documentation (eg project plans and RAID).
To be the Windows 7 Architect you will need:
- A Microsoft Certification.
- Experience with Windows 7, Office 2010
- Experience with MS SQL Server 2008.
- Experience with Netbackup.
- Experience with VMWare.
