Ihre Aufgaben:
- Verify Direct and Indirect expenses, labor and non-labor that need to be included in the standard costs of the products
- Verify how those direct and indirect labor costs specifically compare to the work center steps in the routing of the product
- Develop an allocation model for those indirect costs not specific to the work center steps in the routing of the product
- Develop labor and overhead work center rates based on direct and indirect costs and standard labor hours
- Load labor and overhead rates into the BaaN system
- Develop a reconciliation process to validate that the standards were loaded correctly and reconcile projected absorption to expense
- Verify material prices to last price paid
- Identify material indirect expenses
- Develop material overhead rates
- Load updated material prices and material overhead rates into BaaN
- Has the ability to work with local and US finance team to manage the project
- Has the ability to work with operations to understand direct and indirect costs and what are specific to work centers and what are not
- Needs to be very detailed-oriented and hands-on
Ihre Qualifikation
- Ensure financial statements according to HGB and US-GaaP
- Experience as a Cost-Controller
- Fluent english
