A Global Head of Security & authorisations role is required, who has long term contract within a banking environment.

1. Act as the Global lead for SAP and downstream security, roles & authorisations

2. Be responsible for definition of Business authorisations and the associated build, test and deployment.

3. Design of future state security model covering all HR applications that utilize SAP HCM as their core platform.

4. Act as a single point of contact between the Programme Delivery and Technology division to the wider programme for process design and service delivery, including day to day activities with Service Delivery and Transition and HR operations.

Main Duties

1. Building relationships with senior leaders in the HR, IT and Business community to support the programme strategy and requirements.
2. Plan and manage the core deliverables across multiple work streams and entities.
3. Identify, analyse and assess the impacts of any change on core HR systems and their downstream recipient systems.
4. Manage the relationship across multiple IT and 3rd party vendor suppliers to ensure effective understanding of changes, testing required and implementation support activities.
5. Work with the HR Change team to identify the stakeholder groups and work with the PMO to manage all logistics.
6. Create and maintain the project governance, reporting regularly on progress to the Executive Steering Group
7. Ensure that the programme is well communicated and received by the various stakeholders.
Ensuring that adequate and timely IT and business resources are supplied to the project, in accordance with the agreed plan. Escalation of related resource issues to Steering Group where this is not the case
