Public sector client is seeking a Security Architect in Atlanta, GA. The security Architect will implement and manage the technologies utilized by the client to provide directory services for enterprise applications. This includes setting and implementing the governance around schema modifications, implementations methods, integration methods, life cycle management, federation, and ensuring all components are operating as expected. You will plan, organize and design the infrastructure for enterprise-wide directory services. Collaborate with Application and Infrastructure teams and provide architectural and technical guidance. Ensure AHA's directory implementations meet the agency's tactical and strategic goals. Review and make recommendations for improvements in the agency's existing directory infrastructure. Assist in developing a long term strategy and vision for directory services and management tools. Develop an integrated and comprehensive solution for managing identities and credentials. Lead the integration of new software and hardware into current system. Interface with vendors to assess their competency and ongoing support abilities and integration into the security framework. The right candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a technology related field and a minimum of 6 years IT security and identity management experience in a Windows 2008 R2 environment. 4+ years recent experience with user provisioning with any IAM web-based suite for enterprise wide systems, single sign-on solutions for internal and external users, and Active Directory Federated Services. 2+ years of experience implementing enterprise-wide role based access control solutions. Candidate should have knowledge of RBAC/ABAC authorization patterns and an understanding of XACML. You should also be capable of developing custom web services and have knowledge of SOAP security practices. Great opportunity, send Resume now!
