Description
Provide complete Test Plans, Test Condition and supporting Test Cases for new development projects and production maintenance defect issues that map to program specific use cases and effectively communicate these to BA, PM and UAT teams. Facilitate test execution meetings with the impacted QA teams/vendors and program sponsors. Document the expected output for the Test Plan and gain consensus from the sponsor prior to initiating test cases. Document all executed test cases with corresponding results and steps that map back to all supporting documentation including but not limited to the business requirements and functional designs. Perform a gap analysis for all completed Test Plans and create an action plan to close the gaps. Maintain a 95% Defect Free metric for all newly deployed projects.
Follow the Business Requirement intake process- FIFO as it relates to UAT planning.
Document the test life cycle process for each project assigned from Pre-Pilot to Pilot.
Document end to end user experiences cross functionally and by format and incorporate into the test plan.
Write effective test cases that map back to requirements and functional specifications.
Document all sessions to ensure test cases are fully understood by the sponsor and PM from a Member Experience.
Meet daily with UAT team and PM to ensure testing is satisfying business requirements and align with functional specifications.
Track testing defects and communicate to sponsor and management teams.
Track testing milestone activities and report project health status to management.
Follow SDLC standards for UAT processes, as well as firm-wide recommended best practices for testing life cycles.
Experienced in writing Use Cases, Functional specifications, Scenarios, Business processes, Workflows, Process flows, Test cases and Test Plans.
Hands on experience of using MS Office Suite, MS Project, MS Visio, Database and Reporting tools.
Excellent analytical, problem solving skills.
Motivated team player with good communication and inter-personal skills.
