Resource Project Management Consultant
Skill Requirements:
10-15 years experience including Project Management and HR projects
Certified Project Manager - expertise in WWPMM and IBM tool sets
Understanding of resource management and resource allocation processes including Buy/Sell mechanism
10+ years experience leading team or people management
Experience teaching others or consulting experience
Telecommunications, Electronics or I/T industry experience helpful
Strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
Full time April 2012 to September 2013.
Work with PMCOE to develop PM resource management processes
Liaison with PMCOE, Line Management teams and HR Dept to design and deploy resource management and allocation processes including Buy/Sell.
Work with pilot team to execute projects successfully
Work with Business Groups to ensure that CPME resource management processes meet BG requirements
Train the trainer activities for pilot implementations
Run workshops as needed
Summarize high level I/T requirements
