Senior Change Manager Delivery - Banking - Edinburgh - Circa £500 per day
The purpose of the role is to plan, organise, control and deliver 5 projects within a major transformation Programme through 5 Project Managers, reporting to the Head of Communication Delivery. The individual will be required to collaborate with and influence senior sponsors and stakeholders throughout the organisation to ensure that the communication requirement is clearly defined and documented. They will be required to clearly define the scope of the project, own and manage programme goals, risks, issues and resources. The programme is under tight time scales to deliver and the individual will need to demonstrate tenacity in order to get the role done.
The individual will have significant Change Management experience in a complex organisation, ideally Financial Services. They will have delivered programmes that have involved more than 6 months worth of activity, with a proven track record of end to end delivery. They will also have experience of managing multi disciplinary teams, either directly or through a Matrix approach
The purpose of the role is to preserve the integrity of the Communications Programme by ensuring internal and external consistency of reporting, monitoring and control at Programme level. The individual will be required to develop and implement programme governance and control mechanisms including risk management and executive progress reporting, both internal and external. There will be a requirement for consolidated tracking and reporting on progress, costs, benefits and major risks and issues at programme level.
