TRC Group, an established Professional & Technical Recruitment Consultancy that operates across multiple divisions company wide, is looking to compliment its well established, highly dynamic Construction & Engineering team by bringing on board a part time Managing Consultant/Team Lead ideally with experience in the Oil & Gas, Resources, Rail or Building & Property markets. Applications with experience across other verticals within Construction and Engineering will also be considered.

This interim role will see you stepping in to lead a team of five vertical market 360 recruitment specialists over a 6 month period. This will be a Managing Consultant level part time hands-on billing role; which will see you responsible for managing the team on a daily basis, running/attending meetings and reporting on a divisional level . To be successful you will need:

  • 3+ years experience in Construction & Engineering recruitment in a vertical market model or a specialist division
  • An autonomous achiever with a proven delivery track record, who thrives in a challenging team environment
  • Prior experience as a Team Lead leading up to 5 consultants
  • Outstanding communication, consulting and interpersonal skills.
  • Personality traits and competences: professionally assertive, confident , adaptable, articulate, energetic, enthusiastic, passionate
