My client is part one of one of the largest and most widely respected pharmaceutical companies in the world, the Animal Health function is a leader in developing new and better ways to prevent and treat diseases in pets, farm animals and farmed fish.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Assistant to join the Animal Health business unit. This role will be based in the companion animals team and provide support to the Brand Managers to improve the implementation of all campaigns & drive to a higher level of compliance within the marketing function.

This role is an initial 12 months contract with the potential of going permanent & will be based at their UK head office in Frimley, Surrey (GU16).

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

* Supporting Brand Managers in campaign delivery & sign off processes.
* Support the Head of Marketing to drive & deliver the UK digital strategy.
* Working with Brand Managers on ordering allocations & stock control.
* Management of customer facing support offers - faxback's, FOC management, offer fulfillment, direct mails etc.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

* Marketing experience working closely within a team environment.
* Experience of managing projects within a multi functional team.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work to precise deadlines.
* Degree or CIM qualification would be advantageous.
