STRATEGIC CHANGE MANAGER, CORK
Global IT Company in Cork is looking for experienced Strategic Change Management Manager to join their successful team for 4 - 6 months.
We are looking for this person to manage change associated with large scale, global ERP (Oracle) implementations
Skills required:
- Extensive experience of change activities such as stakeholder engagement and communications, change impact assessment, training planning, organization alignment assessment and planning, change measurement.
- Proven recent change management experience in Oracle, ERP bonus
- Good communication skills are required and an ability to deal with senior stakeholders
- Be able to work independently
- Be effective with program leadership
- Proven previous team leadership role
- Flexibility to travel - role based in Ireland
- Prior experience working with consulting companies a bonus
