My client, a large blue chip financial services brand is looking for an experienced Campus/Graduate Recruitment Consultant to work with Internal resourcing teams and Human resources to attract the best Graduates into the organisation. The purpose of the role is the attract, retain and develop professionals across a number of disciplines and partner with senior management to ensure we attract the best talent. Experience campus/graduate recruitment is a must and a commercial understanding of large blue chip business is also an advantage. Excellent communication and relationship skills are a must.
