Senior Business Analyst - Halifax - Payments - Up to £405 per day

A Senior Business Analyst is required to join a current account switching programme with a large retail bank based in Halifax. This is a 20 month contract.

You will assist in the capture and delivery of requirements across multiple business units and channels and will be accountable for the following key deliverables:

To ensure a common understanding of the business needs and the project deliverables.

Co-ordinate and/or contribute to the design, development and specification of new/revised processes and systems, documentation, training materials, etc

Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all project deliverables

Develop and maintains effective working relationships with appropriate colleagues in own and other business units, ensuring key stakeholders are identified and effectively managed

Manage, track and mitigate allocated risks and issues, ensuring that they remain fit for purpose throughout the project, spotting opportunities for improvement

Aid with the creation of project plans. Ensure that business and IT plans align in conjunction with the IT Project Manager

You will be an experienced Business Analyst with strong analytical and business process modelling skills. Experience within retail banking, in particular around payments would be highly advantageous.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, project management and planning skills are also highly desirable.
