Tier 1 - Helpdesk Support Part Time Work Available for Long Term Contract

Our client is in need of an experienced helpdesk resource to participate in on call rotating shift work for a production line. To be considered, candidate needs to be able to handle technical support issues on the fly from laptops, printers, MS OS,etc. Individual will need to have good customer service skills both over the phone and in person. Position includes free parking, and a company issued uniform. Candidates will need to pass criminal background screening and drug testing. The work environment is open and steel toed shoes are required for work in the plant. Qualifying Candidates should be able to lift 40 pounds or so as replacing printers and other equipment is a job duty. You must also be able to walk 5 miles per day and run if necessary to handle a production issue.  This is a part time on call position. Only candidates who are interested in part time rotating shift work need to apply.
