GRAN consultant
Tangent International Mexico is looking for a GRAN Ericsson consultant, at least 3 to 4 years proven experience or more, supporting GSM RAN Ericsson technology.
Contract to work in Mexico city, ideally looking fro Spanish/English speakers who can enter Mexico with out visa restrictions. Please note we offer 200 USD in referral fees, if you suggest a candidate we place
Candidate must be able to perform the following role:
Organize, lead, manage and carry out regular operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and performance check of BSC, TC and PCU for both voice & data service.
Remote configuration on the radio network from OSS/OMC-R/NetACt/BSC remote terminal
Analyze, supervise and implement projects related to GSM BSS network such as Hardware modernization, swapping of nodes, new BSS feature activation, capacity enhancement
Support & coordination of BSS projects (swap, expansion, modernization of nodes)
Optimize and dimension radio network for targeted voice and data service KPI
Resolving customer complaints for both Data and voice service due to Radio network problem
Testing between multi vendors MSC and BSC before cutover of any core nodes
