Job Description

- Line management of Service Desk, Infrastructure monitoring and Security monitoring staff
- Creation and management of shift rotas to handle the work load
- Ensures completion of all routine operational tasks according to schedule
- Responsible for day to day operations of ADNet SIEM system.
- Manage and own the Incident Management process
- Perform the role of Incident first Escalation Manager
- Ensure that performance reports are produced for Network and Security Management process.
- Review performance reports and agree necessary action in conjunction with other Managers of NOC
- Accountable for ensuring adherence to Supplier Management process
- Accountable for the successful management of ADNet suppliers and ensuring their quality of delivery
- Negotiate and maintain consistent pricing structures wherever possible
- Report supplier performance and requirement information to ADSIC procurement management where applicable
- Manage procurement of items for ADNet environment
- Account for spending and track actual against budgeted costs
- Support entities in their implementation of incident response particular to their operating environments and individual information system security plans

Skills and experience needed

M) Mandatory
A) Advantage

M) Candidate to be a United Arab Emirates National
M) Experience of managing technical staff in customer-facing service delivery roles
M) Good knowledge of ITIL framework and excellent understanding of ITIL Incident Management process
M) Good communications ability with customers
M) Experienced in supplier management
M) Ability to create and maintain good relationships with colleagues
M) Bi-lingual English and Arabic
