Functional Analyst/Project Manager (Siebel) - Brussels, Belgium (Contract). This is an excellenrt long term contracting assignment to work for a major blue chip organization based in Brussels, Belgium. You will be tasked with Project Management and Functional Analysis duties for this Siebel project. Managing different stakeholders and interfaces; translating user requirements and creating functional specifications utilized for technical design by the development team (on-shore and off-shore resources). You will be able to write high quality functional design for a Siebel applications, and be familiar with development methods, standards and tools. Banking experience is an advantage - English speaking projects, although French and/or Dutch may be useful for interactions with end users.
