Great long term contract opportunity with a Fortune 500 client!
Primary responsibilities are to prepare product for shipping, load and unload
box van trucks, process all computer generated paperwork including BOL and
labels. Also required to handle the movement of warehoused raw materials in
support of manufacturing operations. On occasion will be required to fill
containers with liquid chemicals. Job requires the following skills:
1. Minimum 3 years experience with Reach trucks (stand up electric fork truck)
required. Experience needs to be within the last 12 months.
2. Minimum 3 years experience using bar code scanners and computerized warehouse management
system.
3. Minimum 3 years experience loading and unloading trucks is required. Experience needs to be within the last 12 months.
4. Above average computer skills with Microsoft Office products. Experience with SAP is desired.
5. Average to above average math skills needed
6. Experience handling steel drums and IBC totes is a plus.
7. Ability to read, write and speak english fluently.
8. Person must work in a safe manner
9. Person must have no physical restrictions, job requiresalmost constant time spent on their feet, physically working.
Must be available for all shifts
and overtime as required. Weekend work may be required.
