SAP Assessor and Code - On-Construction Domestic Energy - SAP - Assessor
My client is seeking an experienced SAP assessor and Coder to join their successful and growing workforce on a 6 month rolling contract based at their head office, located in Worcestershire.
Role (where applicable):
On-Construction Domestic Energy (SAP) ratings.
Carrying out Code for Sustainable Homes Assessments, including Design Advice Meetings and providing other related services, such as Home User Guides, etc.
Developing energy strategies which achieve Part L compliance; and also meet any Code for Sustainable Homes energy requirements.
Liaising and advising clients
Building Control water calculations (training will be provided if required)
Daylighting Calculations (training will be provided if required)
My client is seeking for a suitable individual to join us who is fully trained and currently certified as either a On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (ie SAP Assessor) or a Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor - or possibly both.
